Library landscape and pavilion

Pleasant Grove asked its council on Oct. 6, 2026 to award the library landscape and pavilion project to S&L Inc., following a request for proposals, for no more than $406,922.68. The amended agenda says the parks director presented the item. The city's one confirmed result from that meeting, an accessory-apartment parking ordinance, is unrelated, so the award remains unconfirmed, and nothing posted says when work would start or what the pavilion will look like.
