Background

Stephen Foote began working for Duchesne County in 2003 and became county attorney in 2007, according to county commission minutes. The county’s election history records his initial election in 2006 and subsequent elections in 2010 and 2014. His statewide professional service includes the Utah Prosecution Council, where 2018 minutes identify him as chair-elect and document approval for another term representing Region IV.
