Background
Pat Argyle became Garden City’s mayor in May 2026 after years of service on the Town Council. Originally from Randolph, she earned a bachelor of arts degree from Utah State University and worked in the Rich County School District before entering real estate. A Rich Civic Times profile published that month also described her work running Raspberry Days. At the time of her appointment, she had lived in Garden City for about two decades.
