Background
Elizabeth (Liz) Klc oversees legislative affairs, commissions, advisory boards and committees for Utah's Department of Criminal Justice. Her earlier work included the Utah Behavioral Healthcare Committee at the Utah Association of Counties, leadership of the Utah Substance Use and Mental Health Advisory Council and criminal-justice policy at CCJJ. She holds a public-administration master's degree from Brigham Young University.
