Dustin D. Ericson was appointed to the Box Elder County and Tremonton justice courts in 2025. His earlier northern Utah practice covered municipal representation, civil litigation, business matters, estate planning and adoption. He studied sociology at Utah State University and law at the University of the Pacific.
