Background

Diego Zegarra is an at-large Park City councilmember for the January 2026 to January 2030 term. The Park City Community Foundation lists him as vice president of impact. A 2021 Chamber announcement documented earlier service with the Park City Summit County Arts Council, EATS Park City, Bright Futures and Immigrant Legal Services. His 2026 council assignments include early childhood, housing, and trails and open space.
