Bill Cox is a Rich County commissioner with a long record of local and county-association service. The National Association of Counties traces his Rich County service to 1989 and identifies him as a former president of the Utah Association of Counties. Its biography also credits him with service in Woodruff’s municipal government, planning and zoning, and as an assistant district fire chief.
