Black Sage is the restaurant at Open Sky Zion in Virgin, open to the public by reservation. The resort says it is about 3.5 miles up a county-maintained gravel road off State Route 9, and the restaurant has indoor tables and a patio.

Executive chef Charles Parcell draws on Italian, Appalachian and Southwestern cooking. An October 2026 menu included a bacon-wrapped meatloaf, smoked pork from Bishop's Farms, a chile relleno with mole, halibut, and vegan stuffed poblanos.
